One of the most common issues that the user might experience is the problem of
logging in to their personal Control Panel. Below are some of the causes of this
error:

1. Invalid Login Details - The user have typed in an invalid username or password.
The username must be all in small cases, there must be no spaces or extra
characters.

Ex. anabongat@faxmicro.com

If in any case the user forgot his/her login information, he/she can retrieve them
by providing us the verification details such as Account Owner's Full Name, Last 4
digits and expiration date of his/her credit card on file.

2. Pending Status - This error usually happens to new sign ups. Pending status is
due to the non-payment of the initial month. An account will not be activated for
new users as long as the payment for the first month had not been processed. This
status usually lasts in just a few minutes.

However, those new accounts that have not been activated for more than an hour due
to pending status probably have issues with their credit cards on file. The user
must make sure first that he/she had authorized our system to charge his/her credit
card on file.

3. Manual Verification Status - This usually happens to new sign ups. Manual
Verification Status occurs if our system detected that the user's computer IP
address is not a US IP address. We will give a call back on the user's phone number
on file to verify the account ownership. If the verification is valid, the account
will be activated.

4. Closed Status - There are many reasons for the termination of an account.
However, there are only two common reasons. First, either the client wished to
cancel the account for whatever reason he/she may have. Second, the account had been
closed due to non payment.
If the user detected any problem on his/her credit card on file, he/she must
immediately inform us to stop the auto-debit process of our system or to extend
his/her invoice if possible to prevent any inconvenience.

The user that have inactive account status (either pending, manual verification or
closed) must immediately give us a call, send us an email or chat us via our
website.
